A Little Botanical Magic in the Kitchen

Our botanical powders, floral sugars, honeys, syrups and salts aren't meant to sit prettily on the shelf. Stir them, sprinkle them, bake with them, rim a glass with them and turn something ordinary into a little everyday ritual.

Measurements are starting points—taste, play and make them your own.

Make It Beautiful

These ingredients love experimentation. Try our botanical powders in frostings, smoothies, oatmeal and baked goods; floral sugars on cookies, fruit and cocktail rims; honey powders in tea, coffee and warm milk; and Floral Celtic Salts anywhere you would normally reach for finishing salt.

There really aren't many rules here.

Stir. Sprinkle. Sip. Taste. Play. Make a little magic.
